Tie the pay and retirement and of the senate and congress to the middle class, do not let them vote their own pay rasies

To stop the senate and the congress from voting pay and retirement increases for their selves while they do a bad job and the middle class keeps getting more poor. Bad job no raise. Their pay and benefits should be directly related the how well the country is doing and the people should vote on their pay structures.
