Tie social security disability to Va disability for veterans who are 100% disabled.

Created by S.C. on May 04, 2013

Currently Veterans who are rated 100% disabled by the VA must still fight against social security to get their benefits. Often times these Veterans are denied their social security benefits until it reaches an administrative law judge, which can take years. If the VA determines that you can NOT work, then why do we even waste time with the claims process for social security? This petition is to congress to allow veterans who are rated 100% disabled (permanent and total) to be automatically approved for SSDI. Instead of wasting the money on lawyers give it to the veterans, and cut the social securities work load down!
