We the people would like a bill passed that states that anytime the debt of the United States surpasses 3 percent of the Gross Domestic Product or the adminstration fails to pass a budget within 60 days of being due the President, Vice-president, and all members of Congress and the House of Representatives are irrevocably ineligible for re-election.
Also when a budget is not passed by the approval date the administration will also forfeit all its pay and all members will work 6 days a week, 12 hours a day till a budget is passed.
If a budget is not passed within 70 days of being due the current President, Vice-president and the leader of the Congress, and the House of Representative will be immediately replaced.
