Tighten the reigns on welfare, food stamps, link, etc.

We want the Obama administration to tighten the reigns on welfare, food stamps, link, etc. There are too many people out there that aren't in need of this help and therefore take it away from the ones that really do. I go to the local grocery store, see a family with name brand clothes, name brand groceries pay with government funds, go out and get in there new car. Right behind them in line is a family, struggling to pay for their generic groceries, with cheaper clothes on their backs, go out and get in there old beat up car because that can't get government funds. I'm not saying everyone on the system is abusing it, but there are quite a few and that causes ones that really need it not be able to get it. I propose a two consecutive limit on government funding.
