Tighten security on Patents that are of military nature by using paper not digital

In the current process to patent an Item one must digitally format the schematics and description of these items, this is good and well when it comes to less important inventions. When it comes to Military invention I feel that this is too risky in the current state of cyber war every institution and individual faces from from thieves to espionage . I feel that a process should be worked in to supplement the gap in the logic of this and make patenting a more secure and beneficial route threw the seemingly more archaic methods of specific paperwork that is already formatted to accommodate special inventions.
