We have spent trillions of dollars and made many sacrifices towards countries like Iraq, et al. But i say its time to spend a fraction of those costs to do the same with Cuba. Cuba is in our back yard and its time to let by-gones be by-gones.
If we lifted the embargo on Cuba and induced trade, Cuba could become as valuable and prosperous as Taiwan, et al.
Cuba is a viable resource and untapped due to old grudges (and maybe due to our out of control corporate greed in the olden days).
Time to build a bridge with Cuba and create a partnership in our own back yard.
