The Electoral College keeps misinterpreting campaigns and oppressing voters Because the electoral system is a "winner takes all system" and not a popular vote system. If It were indeed based on the popular vote, it would bring more people to the polls because they would feel like their voice actually stood for something. Please Congress WE URGE YOU IT'S TIME FOR US TO REMOVE THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE AND LET THE PEOPLE DECIDE.
