Despite the libertarian cries for State Rights, this request is absolutely worthy of an exemption: We the people petition the Obama administration to make ANY and ALL activities involving dog fighting in every state of the union subject to felony prosecution, a $50,000 fine, and mandatory jail time. Release and exonerate any individual incarcerated for petty marijuana convictions to make room in the budget and in the jails for those individuals who are the real threats to a civilized and safe society.
