Its time to end the protection for the doctors and return the protection to the patients. My son was injured at birth but due to malpractice laws if the hospital didn't send him to a NICU or give him a low APGAR score a lawyer won't take the case due to the amount of money, time and chances of winning are low. This is due to the horrible malpractice laws that protect the doctors more then the patient and their loved ones.
