Being paid a tip based pay is unacceptable. I make $4 an hour to deliver pizzas for Dominos. I make $7.25 when I am in the store, but $4 an hour on the road. Making my employer pay me should not be a revolutionary idea. My pay should not be based on what 13 year old children who borrowed their parents' credit card think I should get as a tip. Even if I could deliver the pizza in 12 seconds after they ordered it, they could still choose not to tip me. So, my employer should pay me a legitimate wage. My pay should not be dependent on the generosity of the consumer.
