Everyone seems to complain that they don't like their tax dollars paying for this or that. What if the system allowed you to select what the government will spend YOUR tax dollars on?
I propose a an online system that will need to be filled out annually by each person who pays taxes. They merely log on to the site and select I.E. EDUCATION, DEFENSE, SOCIAL SECURITY. This would make the average American very happy from the person who hates their money being spent on frivolous wars to the person who doesn't want his money going towards welfare or tax breaks to fortune 500 companies.
If passed please don't get cute and try to bundle non related items in the same group. The purpose of this is to make you feel good about your tax dollars.
