If companies are drilling or extracting, selling or cracking Arctic oil, are shareholders of such companies, then they must mark all of its products and services, including in advertising of products and services, by triangular sign, in which must be shown a polar bear and a schematic designation of oil rig, with the words "We are killing Arctic" under the triangular sign.
For all products and services of these companies must be additionally add a special 30% environmental tax.
If company sells fuel, additionally the sign should be placed with price tags on fuel and at the cash desk.
