today we are having states are using their state tax when you buy on-line. why not use it across the board?

we been having states that got involved with " yahoo" . where when you buy a product. the state tax is included to the price. and of course it helps the state.
to it would be great idea if the government did that but went into an account for just to use to get the " USA" out of debt.
so let create a tax code, of what ever % , and improve this country.
