Torture in the United States should not exist, but it does

We, the undersigned, are asking for a voice as one of the voting public. A voice, because there is a need to realize that the constitution that this United States is built on, is being destroyed from within. A country that allows people who call themselves marine corps hero's, and receive purple hearts, after they have tortured me, who they claimed was their step-brother should not happen, but it did. It not only happened, but it happened before the person went in the Marine Corps. The person mentioned above had an electromagnetic type weapon, and was given CIA identification at age 9, when Fidel Castro was 90 miles away from Miami Beach
This petition is also intended to stop the use of electromagnetic beam weapons such as one's the CIA has tested.
