With President Obama's change to the rule to the Endangered Species Act---will open up our wilderness area's and public lands to " Progressive Development " , I; e mining, logging , fracking and ranching . By limiting severely environmentalist and activist to petition the USFWS according to the"Original "rules set forth in the Endangered Species Act of 1973, explicitly the Section where it states that multiple species and can be filed at once by an individual or groups . President Obama , you are no friend to wildlife so therefore your claim as an environmental President is nothing but smoke and mirrors. By issuing this final" RULE CHANGE "you are catering to a very small minority of special interest and corporations totally disregarding the will of ordinary citizens--Revoke this ruling !
