The IRS has outlived it purpose, and with the draconian, jack booted,constitution stomping policies has become a nightmare for business and all Americans. Far too much money is spent on an agency that has consistently proven it cannot,,does not, and has no desire to improve and provide the "service" it was supposed to provide. As in any business,if there is no customer service,it soon goes out of business, the IRS needs to go.
