toughen the animal cruelty laws in regards to horse neglect.

Created by B.A. on December 11, 2014

The laws on horse neglect are extremely vague. To toughen up cruelty laws, we need to define more strict laws regarding the care and necessities for equines of all kinds. Adequate hoof care, adequate shelter, adequate nutrition, and water intake. This means defining what is considered adequate. We need to make humane officers more aware of the requirements for life for these animals. Please join us in helping push this into affect. We all see the big issues in the news, but what about all these poor horses that are privately owned and starved?
