1. Gun buyer must be booked with their local police department.
2. Guns must be kept in an armory from their local police department.
3. Guns kept in homes must have a gun armory along with gun locks.
4. Gun owner will only take out the gun for hunting, maintenance, target practice or self-defense.
5. Restrict selling of semi-automatic rifles or high caliber machine guns and that includes ammunition.
6. Restrict selling Guns, Ammo, or Explosives on the Internet, and Pawn Shops!!
7. Designate only one place to purchase guns in person.
8. Create a High Gun Tax Law if gun is kept in home.
