Toughen the laws against all molesters and rapists. 10 years mandatory for each victim. And mandatory professional help.

We need tougher punishments for molesters and rapists. Especially those that are repeat offenders. These criminals aren't doing enough time in jail and most that are set free are out there preying on innocent children, women, and men. Most are repeat offenders and something has to done because the laws now aren't working. Now things have gotten worse with teachers abusing students, and even children molesting or raping children. Longer sentencing and mandatory counseling should be considered. It's time to protect the victims and help prevent future victims from these type of criminals. Also teenagers committing these types of crimes should be charged as adults.
