We need to stop cutting down trees, and destroying the life on properties just so someone could construct their "dream" home or something along those lines. We need to be more respectful for the living organisms who can't talk or voice their opinion. Just a couple trees cut down for constructing a building can mean that not only are the trees dead, but the squirrels, birds, insects, and any other organism living in these trees are homeless, if not dead, as well. Not to mention the fact that the animals who used the trees as a food source are in trouble as well. Now, I am not saying we should makes laws to prohibit the axing of trees for construction altogether, as that would be illogical. However, the government needs to put a limit on how many trees can be cut, with harsh penalties.
