Tougher OSHA regulations for companies who violate safety procedures and discriminate for those employees who get hurt

Created by A.P. on February 04, 2013

Please help create stronger OSHA regulations and fines for those companies who violate safety procedures and put employees lives and safety at risk.

The fines assessed when a company violates these laws are not substantial enough and thus let the company off easy.

Employees should have the right to come to a safe environment and not have to fear for injuries and when injuries occur losing their jobs.

4,608 fatal injuries occur each year on the job.

For those who receive non fatal injuries, They may receive life changing problems and worker's compensation does not simply cover all of the worker needs.

The legal process can take several months to years to hold these companies accountable for some of the injuries that can occur. Let's make tougher laws for worker's rights!
