Tougher penalties for child murders and abusers.

I have read about to many child murders and abusers walk away from killing and hurting little children. I feel that we need strong sentencing for these people . If you kill a 3 month old child you only pull ten years. However if you kill a murder you get life. I think this is crazy. These little children need some one to take up for them and I think this where we need to step in so Please sign this petition to make sure these pure children receive the proper justice .
