Deregulate and allow all options of energy into our state. Allow other energy companies to enter into the market, to encourage competition and create choices for North Carolina citizens. De- monopolize what is becoming a criminal activity with Duke . They should be thoroughly investigated by the Federal Government. North Carolina citizens are still not able to drink water which was contaminated by Duke Energy. They are allowed to raise rates to recoup losses for penalties.
