In light of the numerous warranted and accidental and mistaken deaths of U.S. citizens by law enforcement officers over the miss identification of fake fire arms, we the people petition President Obama to execute an executive order requiring manufacturers of toy guns, BB guns and pellet guns to be distinctly marked with bright florescent markings or assemblage for the sake of accurate identification by law enforcement.
