In light of recent changes in US Policy on how US Servicemen and Servicewomen will recovered from foreign captivity; We the People propose the Obama Administration put forth the effort to perform a second prisoner exchange with the Country of Mexico for the quick release of jailed Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi, USMC. Therefore, in consideration of, the Obama Administration will Trade Joe Biden, John Kerry, Susan Rice, Hillary Clinton and Eric Shinseki in a Five for One Trade similar to the exchange performed recently to secure the freedom of Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, US Army.
We respectfully request the administration take action on this before reaching 100,000 signatures since we do not foresee any hindrance to reaching the required 100,000 signatures in a timely manner.
