Trade Texas to Mexico for Baja California Norte and Sur (North and South). That includes all Texans!

For decades I have had idea for California to acquire Baja California Norte and Sur by trading the Baja states to Mexico for Texas. This petition establishes an formal and organized avenue for demonstration of interest in that idea. Ideally Mexico would have to take all the Texans also and we would gladly accept all the Mexicans of Baja. All Federal property and efforts and resources would of course be withdrawn to their respective countries. But clearly the United States benefits from Mexico accepting all the Texans as well as the real estate while the USA gets all the Mexicans as well as the real estate. Clearly the USA is getting a much better deal here we suggest that the fossil fuel resources of Texas will balance the exchange. Also, all corporations based in Texas are included.
