Unlike the most similar petitions, this does not encourage simply handing a gun to each teacher, or principle, but rather training emergency response, concealled weapon handling, and ongoing drills the same as would take place for other emergencies, so there is some level of prepairdness even for the worst of tragities, and no victim, need be, by matter of current law, a helpless one, but one armed, and able to defend the life of their students, and themselves.
