Black people are constantly being abused and murders by police. This must stop. I believe the answer lies in training. All cops must be evaluated for racist behavior, if found they are fired and banned from holding any authoritative position ever. Law enforcement training must consist of equal race ratios of cadet and instructor to end the sterotypes of black people in white officers minds. Every patrol car must have two officers, one black and one white at all times. This must be done in every police station across the country to end these horrible murders.
