Transfer the burden of Student loans to the colleges that graduate people without job prospects.

The College that you graduate from is saying that you are now highly qualified to work in the profession that you received a degree in. So if a college is graduating people that are not getting hired, then the college should be responsible for their student loans, or re-enter the student into a degree program at the college cost to educate them in a profession that they could obtain a job when graduating that college. This will eliminate colleges graduating unqualified people for the Job market.
