We know that the Right To Bare Arms is Great thing that the people should always have. This petition is to ask the administration to establish a process of pulling the FBI Drug War effort into something more useful. We should be using all the effort against the Medical Marijuana states that are unconstitutionally prosecuted, to better control our gun violence situation we are facing in the US. Studies have shown that an average criminal's (if that can be said) first felony offense is 22yrs old. By this time a hand gun could've easily been obtained legally by an individual that statistics say has not experienced enough responsibility to have one. Also credit should be a factor. Also, harsh penalties for irresponsible gun keeping, if they are stolen, criminals stole them. END THE DRUG "WAR"!
