Transfer funding from public relations to the the Manned Spaceflight office within the NASA.

The Obama administration, while it has increased the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's budget over the past 5 years, has also overseen the decrease in manned Spaceflight funding and the increase in public outreach programs, PRIMARILY to predominately Muslim countries in the Middle East. While the Arab world deserves credit for its contributions in the field of mathematics, it is not the federal government's job or right to detract from the future of humanity in order to make Muslim countries, in the words of Administrator Charles Boldwin, "feel good" about themselves.
