We the people of the United States petition the government to deport Charlie Brown's Lucy van Pelt to the custody and possession of the Nigerian group Boko Haram. Lucy van Pelt has been documented to be a threat to the well-being of citizens of the United States of America. For example, it is a well known fact that Lucy van Pelt has tortured the American citizen Charlie Brown. Mrs. Pelt implored Mr. Brown to kick a football, but then sadistically removed the football before Mr. Brown could kick it, leading to severe physical and mental injury in Mr. Brown. Mrs. Pelt's presence in the United States also constitutes a significant annoyance to numerous American citizens, with one citizen even remarking that Charlie Brown should murder her with the rock he received on Halloween.
