Transfer the National Forest from Department of Agriculture to the Department of Interior

Created by C.W. on May 28, 2013

Many people will suffer and few will profit from harvesting the planet's trees. Our quality of drinking water and our air quality are becoming hazardous. Leave the forest as lungs for the planet, umbrellas to protect the soil from erosion, and filters for the water we drink. Viewing the nation's forests as agriculture does a huge injustice to the environment and the citizens. Harvesting America's National Forests has detrimental effects on water quality, climate, and natural ecosystems. Help before our water and air becomes too toxic to sustain life.
