Transform the current welfare, food share, and Disablity systems from hand out systems to hand up systems.

The curent way these programs work encourage people on them to not work. It is reasonable to get help through a difficult time in life as a suppliment to help struggling americans back on there feet. These safe guards should be given out for a limited time though. Also a person receiving disablity should not be able to avoid paying child support. We feel it is unfair that anyone should be able to recieve this type of help without being expected to improve there own lives. There are some that must be taken care of. We also know that there are many that take advantage and this should never be! The way it works now, it is harder for someone who is working to get a little help, then someone who doesn't even try! Our tax dollars should not be life support to others that can work but just won't!
