Transform the Electoral College to more accurately represent the Popular Vote.

Every Election people from all walks of life debate the frustration of having an Electoral College as opposed to a popular vote for the Office of President and Vice President. The founding fathers framed our constitution this way to provide for protection from election fraud as well as providing a civil way to broker arrangements in times of strife or very close elections. Therefore we the people do not wish to discard this great and noble ideal. However each state has chosen methods by which their electors shall be chosen. Almost all States are a winner take all. This winner take all approach disenfranchises millions of voters across this nation. These voters feel as though their vote doesn’t count because their state is always going to vote one way or another regardless of their vote. An
