Transgender bathrooms in schools and all issues alike should be up to each state without influence from the government .

President Obama has took it upon himself to send letters to all schools "asking" them to make all bathrooms available for transgender use.
Even though this is only "Asking" this act is a total over reach of presidential duties and grossly takes away our state rights to make our decisions that we feel reflect the views of our fellow residents.
I petition that president Obama recall his "Asking" of this and let the state's resolve this issue.
This is the United States Of America not a dictatorship,
Also this petitions creator has no issue with transgender persons and feels we all have the right to be as we are and not feel ashamed of who we are but remember we all have that right .
