We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Transgender people should be legally required to disclose their gender assigned at birth before physical encounters.

Created by C.B. on October 26, 2016

This is not trans phobia, or bigotry, but a moral right to know the gender assigned at birth before having physical relations with anyone. There are many cases of trans phobia putting many women in harm after they release the history of their gender. It is an issue that can happen anywhere, and just like STD's, it can deter someone from wanting to engage with another person. So, when someone doesn't explain that they are transgender, it is peer deception, and can cause emotional problems in the victim of this form of assault. There should be a law in place that requires transgender citizens to disclose their gender at birth before sexual contact.
