Women are uncomfortable sharing the bathroom with persons other than those of the same sex. I have two proposals. 1) Either require creation of transgender-specific bathrooms in all public places that will be affected by the new laws or 2) require all bathroom stalls be completely enclosed, floor to ceiling on all sides without cracks around the edges, like the European bathroom stalls. This will allow women to use the bathroom without concerns of being observed or filmed by anyone.
