We the Transsexual / Transgender citizens of the United States of America formally petition the department of Health and human services to include transition related Health care into the Medicaid and affordable Health care act these services are vital in the physical Health as well as psychological Health of Transsexual / Transgender citizens all appropriate forms of care from hormone replacement to sex change surgery as recommended by the American psychological association and the American medical association
