The 3 Major Credit Agencies are used by: Banks, Insurance, Employers and Landlords. Among other aspects of living in America. These 3 agencies use information and your personal social security number to determine what your employment, interest rates, and life will be.
We are asking Congress to allow Americans access free of charge to these agencies whenever we want to access them for our own personal credentials.
We would also like Congress to force these agencies to respond quicker than 30 days, to any inaccuracies.
We would like a option to force these reporting agencies to contact us (Phone, mail, text, email) free of charge before a collection is put on. Also give us time to fix the collection before it destroys our score.
