Transparency in Budgets and Spending

Create transparency in Federal Budgets and Federal spending to allow the public to see how their money is distributed and how it is spent. Since taxpayers fund the federal government it is only right that they should be able to see where their money goes and how it is spent . The data should be provided in such a fashion that the average person should be able to understand it. They should be able to go to any department or agencies web site to see how much money they get and how it is spent.
