There are rumors that the Department of Homeland Security is making (or at least requesting quotes for) massive ammunition purchases. We ask for complete transparency and accounting on exactly how much ammo is being bought, used, and/or stockpiled.
The rumors say DHS is buying three times the amount of ammo that our military uses; please address this.
