While we know that not any one solution can manage everything, This one issue would be far reaching, fair, just, and most of all bipartisan. And I've never met a single person whom would not agree. This would stop the back room deal's and unjust use of the peoples wages. Most of all this would recreate the term "Government for the people".
Their is no legit reason why any part of Congress, Senate, House of any public official should not be scrutinized by the people they serve. Except for matters of National defense and personal and private matters. + further more If one serves the public internist then they must disclose any and all personal financial gains to prevent conflict of interest.
