I am petitioning for the full disclosure of data mining practices by SmartTech providers that include Wireless Carriers such as T-Mobile, operating system ("OS") developers such as Google android, Apple iOS, & Microsoft Windows, and smartTech application developers of preinstalled applications and downloadable applications such as Facebook. I am petitioning for the full disclosure of application permission statements that are not published in terms and conditions, privacy policies, and end user licensing agreements ("EULA") for Connected (Internet, Wi-Fi, NFC, WIMAX, LTE, etc.) Smart-Technology products & services (recurring subscription services).
