Design an easy-to-read 'Nutrition Facts'-style chart made available on-line describing the fiscal health of every federal agency, all offices of all three branches of the federal government, and all major taxpayer-funded undertakings of the federal government per the following:
1) Original Charter/mission statement
2) Balance sheet totals with income/expenses
3) Total number and cost of staff and management including long term unfunded debt for healthcare and pensions
4) % change per year of income/expenses
5) Wherever applicable a 'success rate' per the mission statement or individual undertaking (ie: cost per welfare recipient, food stamp recipient, passenger trip, job retrained individual, etc.)
6) Original estimated annual cost for program or project and actual annual costs.
