Transparency within our "non profit" schools finances.

Non profit vocational schools receiving money from
The state or federal government in Watsonville or
Anywhere in California need to publicly show their accounts for All The money each student is paying to them. In my case 950 hours of training cost over $10,500. So; Why is my class having to reuse wood, PVC, copper as pipes,
Etc,...material that we paid in tuition ? Where is all the money going? Most students in my class are discouraged
Of doing anything but not me at least i can say I
Did what I could. Why are students at Center For Employment Training not seeing new material or new tools in class?? That money the state, government and students are paying seems to be going in someone's pockets.
