On or about 07/27/2016 Donald Trump Publicly requisitioned the aid of a foreign government to assist him in illegally ubtaining private and potentially Top secret information from a forner secretary of state in an effort to discredit the United States for his own political ambitions. This petition is a request that Donald Trump be indicted for acts of treason.

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies.....and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
