Treat all 501c3 entities, churches, & other religious organizations equally under tax law.

Created by M.A. on February 25, 2014

Churches & other religious organizations should be required to follow the same tax obligations and regulations that apply to 501c3 entities. There is a great disparity in filing & transparency among these entities. It is not fair for religious based organizations to be able to hide behind religion to avoid the transparency requirements that other 501c3 entities are required to follow to obtain tax exempt status. Either they should follow the same requirements or be denied tax exempt status.
