The ADA was set-up , so that All Americans would not have to worry about discrimination. Unfortunately, it is way too easy for companies to overlook young adults who become sick in college. Why is that the case? If an individual becomes sick in college, they fight to go back and finish, shouldn't their education mean that they have a right to work in that field?
