1. No elected official (especially the President and Vice President), law enforcement officer, government worker, or military personnel shall have ANY exemption to the laws placed upon the people.

2. Any of the above, who are currently in office, still under pension, or otherwise being paid, do not qualify under the statute of limitations.

3. If any of the above commits a criminal act, they should be publicly tried and publicly punished, to the full extent of the law, as it applies to the general populous.

4. As these officials are expected to fully understand all laws, regulations, and rights; they have no exemption from punishment, for the continuation of any criminal act put in motion by previous personnel.

5. Lastly, Maritime/Admiralty law be removed from all land based courts.
